How do I reserve my event date?

Your date is secured once your contract is signed and required non-refundable booking deposit is received. Dates are not guaranteed until the booking process is completed.
How much is the deposit?

A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date.
What is included with my venue rental?

Depending on your selected package, amenities may include tables, chairs, black linens, plate chargers, kitchenette access, lighting, sound system, and other venue features.
Can I purchase more time?

Absolutely, more time can be purchase at the rate of $100 per additional hour
Can I bring my own food or caterer?

Food service must comply with RSVP Event Space’s food-safety requirements. Depending on your event, a licensed caterer, appropriate food-handling documentation, or a signed food liability waiver may be required
Can I change my event date after booking?

In qualifying emergency situations, a booking deposit may be transferred one time to another available date within one year. Written notice, applicable rescheduling fees, and current pricing requirements apply.
Is setup and cleanup time included?

Yes. Your contracted rental time includes designated setup and clean time. We recommend carefully planning your event timeline so everything can be completed within your reserved period.
Yes, alcohol may be served in accordance with our venue policies. A licensed and insured bartender is required, and additional security requirements apply when alcohol is served. Outside alcohol brought in by guests is prohibited.

Security may be required based on the type of event, number of guests, and whether alcohol is being served. When required, our standard is one licensed security guard for every 50 guests.

Can I tour the venue before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage prospective clients to schedule a tour so you can see the space, discuss your vision, and determine which rental or décor option best fits your event.
